The premise

Strategists talk to strategists. Builders talk to builders. The conversation that would actually move the work forward sits in the gap between them. That gap is the show.

Thinkers and Doers is a running series. Researchers, founders, operators and analysts take the same subject from two directions, and the cast changes with the question. Nobody has to land on the same answer, but everybody leaves holding the other side's reasoning. Every episode goes out on video the way it happened.

Same overlap, different shape. We pick the format once we know who is sitting down and what they are working on.

I

The panel

Six chairs, one question, and both halves of it in the room. The useful answer usually sits between them.

II

The conversation

One guest, all the time they need. For work that falls apart when you compress it into a soundbite.

III

The working session

Bring a live problem from your own desk. Leave with something you can act on this week.

04 — At the table

Voices at the table

A running cast that changes with the question.

Bring us
a question

Tell us the question you would put to the room, and what you have built or studied that gives you a side in it. Every application gets read by a person.
