Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the Thinkers & Doers website, and your application to and attendance at our sessions, convened by Coditation.

Effective: August 20, 2026 Last updated: August 20, 2026

01Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Thinkers & Doers website (thinkersdoers.studio) and your participation in Thinkers & Doers sessions, a series convened by Coditation ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting the site, submitting an application, or attending a session, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or apply to attend.

02Eligibility & applications

Thinkers & Doers seats are limited and offered at our discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee a seat. We review applications based on fit for the table and reserve the right to accept, decline, or waitlist any applicant without obligation to explain the decision.

  • You must provide accurate, current information when applying or registering.
  • You're responsible for keeping your contact details up to date so we can reach you about your application or seat.
  • We may ask for confirmation of your role or organization before confirming a seat.

03Sessions & conduct

Thinkers & Doers sessions are built on candid, off-the-cuff exchange. To keep that possible for everyone at the table:

  • Treat other attendees, speakers, and organizers with respect. We may remove anyone whose conduct disrupts a session or makes others feel unsafe.
  • Unless we say otherwise for a specific session, treat discussion as confidential — don't attribute remarks to individuals or their organizations outside the room without permission.
  • Seats are personal and non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in advance.
  • We may change session dates, formats, speakers, or venues, or cancel a session, at our discretion. Where possible we'll give reasonable notice.

04Recordings & content

We may photograph, record, or take notes during sessions for archival, editorial, or promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such materials unless you tell us in advance that you'd prefer not to be. We'll use reasonable discretion about attributing quotes or opinions to individuals.

05Intellectual property

The Thinkers & Doers name, mark, site design, and all associated content — text, graphics, and layout — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, republish, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

06Acceptable use of the site

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information in an application or form.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or other users' information.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site without permission.
  • Use the site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content.
  • Interfere with the site's normal operation or security.

08Disclaimers

The site and sessions are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — to the extent permitted by law — warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular outcome will result from attending a session.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and Coditation won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or attendance at a session, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms won't exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us in connection with the relevant session.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us and Coditation harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the site, or misconduct at a session.

11Termination

We may suspend or revoke your access to the site, or rescind a confirmed seat, at any time — including for violation of these Terms — with or without notice.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and where changes are material, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
